Thermal Imaging
Thermal scanning of façades, roofs and interiors with calibrated cameras. Identification of thermal bridges, leaks and insulation defects with reports.
Thermal imaging of buildings with a calibrated camera to detect thermal bridges, envelope leaks, insulation defects and water ingress. Surveys are performed under standard conditions (interior/exterior temperature difference > 15 °C) and produce a report with annotated images.
What thermography reveals
- Thermal bridges — areas with heat loss above the surrounding envelope
- Insulation defects — missing material, poor fixing, gaps
- Air leaks — combined with Blower Door for exact localisation
- Water ingress — wet areas have different thermal capacity
